AWD GS350 with a tire size question

I just bought some new staggered wheels and need to know if its ok to run 235/35/20 with 275/30/20. I know some people run this kind of tire set up with AWD and some say it csn mess the transmission up. Any input?

what are the dimensions of the wheels? (example: 20x8.5 fronts, 20x10 rears)

20x9 in the front & 20x10 in the rear
