It took about 45 mins to remove bumper & headlights then just spraying time + refit this whole job took me 5 hours start to finish I did have an oven to cook in though to speed up during time also between drying time I fitted 20mm spacers all round.

that looks proper.
but the high beam output is probably reduced now.

I'm not sure how it would look without the highbeam cup painted.

Painting is a good solution when your chrome is all scratched up and your headlight plastic is all scratched up.
Right now my headlights are scratched up, and under sunlight, you can see it reflected back in the chrome housing. It looks nasty.
I don't think my oven is big enough to fit this.

Can you take a shot from 15 ft away at an angle, and low ?

You got ***** taking apart your headlights and baking em, props! It looks good though but let us know if you get any condensation later.
When you changed out to the hybrid emblem, isn't it bigger than the original one? Does it stick out beyond the original emblem holder, cause can't really tell. Also doesn't it have a different set of pins in the back so how'd you make it fit?

Edit: Can you also take another picture of what it look's like straight on?

I think getting rid of the headlight housing chrome on the inside is a nice touch, but the outside trim is a little much.

I prefer color matched trim.

it just looks odd when the grille is black, but you still have chrome border around the lights.

Did you remove components before you put the headlights in the oven? Or did you just put the whole headlight in?

I just put it in no need to remove any thing apart from the chrome around the lights before it went in the oven.

It's easier with 2 people much easier !
