Ironman50

I own a 2008 GS 350 with tan interior, tan carpet and tan Weather Tech floor mats.

The floor mats need to be repalced.

Thinking of going with black color this time vs. tan.

Any thoughts or opinions on how black mats would look on tan carpet?

I had the black fsport mats on tan interior which looked great, and in fact they were cheaper than the regular mats from Sewell. Matching is ok, but those tan mats don't hold up well at all and I thought the black ones looked way better. That floor mat material is cheap and the tan color looked ragged quickly. I even had the black OEM rubber floor mats and those were a nice compliment as well. After two sets of tan mats i realized black not only looked better but it up very well under use.

i would get black to break up all the Tan inside plus it will look better lol.. .

Ive owned tanned interior lexus, I like tan mats aslong as your a clean freak like me. If not go for black because tan mats you have to shampoo them often as black just vacuum. Tan mats look better IMO

I have the tan interior too, and I went with the grey Weather Tech ones. They match the grey dash perfectly. Several others have this as well and are pleased with the match.

This question has come up before. If you search you may be able to find it. The CL member also had tan interior and he went with Black Weather Tech, they looked really good...
