Default Rear ML Sub Removal DIY ?

I am trying to replace a blown rear ML sub in a 2007 GS 350. Does anyone know the right way to remove and replace the rear ML sub?

I have seen a few threads but no one really says how to remove the trim. I would appreciate some info or tips , Thank You .

The subwoofer comes out the top of the rear "package tray." To remove the package tray trim panel, see the attached pages from the repair manual.

BUMP

Currently my ML subwoofer is dying and needs an upgrade. Is there a work around to replacing the subwoofer without removing the rear seats? If not, is this process difficult?
