Default Goodbye LexLugar/lowlowlex GS300. You will be missed

Sooo this Friday May 2nd at 3am, I was on my way home and there was an accident on the left side of Highway w/ 2 police cars stopped. I start to slow down, but out of nowhere i see this Chevy Trailblazer behind me flying at like 90-100mph gaining on me so freakin fast. I couldn't change lanes so basically I prepared for impact...It was a 3 lane highway, and i went from the left lane, 180 degree spun into the right most lane and stopped right before hitting the concrete side barricade. I ended up facing oncoming traffic and was 20 feet from the parked cop cars which were on the left most lane. The cops were literally parked right next to me except I was on the right lane and they were on the left. It was intense and I thank god I'm alive. Crazy part was that after I got hit, the cops told me they had to jump the median to avoid the Chevy Trailblazer from hitting them. So basically that fck almost killed me and a couple cops. Just waiting on this police report to be available now. Earliest will be this Monday. I'm praying they documented the right thing and acknowledge that this was 0% my fault and it was 100% fault of that crazy fck with his pregnant girlfriend in the passenger seat.

My insurance company All state didn't say yet, but I'm pretty sure the Lex is totaled, but at the end of the day it's just a material thing which can be replaced. I'm not hurt thankfully. I'll be back in the streets with something hot and fast (gs300 was a slug, but I believe the motto is low and slow lol) soon enough. RIP Lex Lugar..Lowlowlex (was my instagram handle). I got full coverage and stereo insurance, but hopefully this dousche has good insurance that will cover all my bills.

Once this police report comes out, I plan to hire a lawyer and sue this person for everything. He had no reason at all to be driving at that speed, that recklessly, and almost ending lives in the process. Pregnant girlfriend and all, it doesn't fckn matter, you cannot be that stupid and disregard lives.
(If anyone has good legal advice or experience with this, let me know!)

FYI i'm browsing around used car websites, Porsche 911 was a dream growing up as a kid in the 90's. After this accident YOLO...hahahahaha...I'm looking at used 911 carreras and carrera S, 2006 and up. If I get another weekend/nice weather car, as this GS was to me, I may as well make it a real weekend/nice weather/stunt mobile. And then maybe replace my 1997 camry daily driver (276k on the odometer,) with a used subaru for that awd in the bad weather.

Plenty to be in the 3gen GS classified section soon. The Artisan Spirits roof spoiler, wheels/tires, and JDM visors look fine. Plenty of odds and ends I would like to remove in the car and replace with stock ones b4 they junk it or salvage it.

Ouch! Looks nasty. It probably helped that you were able to prepare yourself for the impact. Was the guy drunk or just not paying attention?

Yeh before impact I kind of let my body go loose, so I would be going with the momentum. About to go to hospital right now just to make sure everything ok. My neck hurts a little bit so yeah.

On another note, something shady about the police was that they didn't breathalyze him or arrest him. They should have, and I'm praying that the fact i didn't request for him to be breathalyzed bite me in the end. Him and the girl just both looked shocked with blank looks, just like I had that night.

The driver did say to the cops, he needed to pee, which makes me think he was drinking. I kept stating to the cops he was flying, blazing behind me and didn't slow down one bit. Peddle to the metal, floored into me.

Some people just don't know how to drive.. You see two cop cars with sirens and an accident up ahead, you would think people would notice.

well as always, glad you are alright, car can be replace, health cannot.

if the cop were already there as witness and they let him go. might be kinda hard to get a lawyer to sue, most lawyer will handle case if there were injury that prevent you from going to work.

also if he was really going 100mph and see that many police car on the road he must be really stupid, and if he really hit you with that kinda force no one would be alive.

give up hopes on a 911 if your gf is pregnant, get a Macan instead

Police report came out today, states that the police were on highway, parked with emergency lights on. Me and the other vehicle were traveling northbound and then he rear ended me and then sideswiped the police car damaging the side mirror. That's all it states....nothing about excessive speed or reckless driving. I found out the driver of the chevy trailblazer was 22 and his girlfriend was 21..he has insurance but his not on his own car. So that trailblazer is done. And last but not least smh at these dumb kids!!!!! Need to use better judgement especially when other peoples' lives are involved!

My girlfriend isn't pregnant, the driver of the the trailblazer that hit me. His girlfriend was pregnant and in his vehicle at time of accident!
