Thanks all!! and yes, they did negotiate with me on the price, I was able to knock them down to what I believed reasonable, and since we are out of state, the DMV taxes were added, but they knocked off a little bit more to stay in our price range as well.

Thanks! after driving the GS for the last 4 days, my LS430 felt sluggish heading to work this morning It is a blast to drive though, many people really underestimate it's power on the streets
