DRL problem
So I noticed my passenger DRL was out the other day and ordered new Putco/9005 halogen bulbs.
I installed both pairs and nothing came on for both.
I then tried taking the driver's side bulb (which works) installed it into the passenger side and nothing again.
I checked the fuse box on the drivers side and everything looks good.
I check the connector wire that plugs into the bulb and see this.
Is this the cause for my DRL to not work? Thanks.

yes, it seems like that is the reason, what you can do is take a multimeter (on DC voltage setting), and check for a 6v or 12v feed.

You can get them at your local harbor freight store and they'll show you how to set it up for DC voltage if you're not familiar with it

Also, you may have to just cut your losses and order a 9005 replacement harness.

Thanks for the info!!!. Man, it's a PIA to get to the wire so I don't know how I'm going to be able to replace the wire.
