Default HELP, staggered wheels on AWD and best tire sizes

I've been reading through these threads and gained allot of valuable info, but some things i'm not sure about and i still have a few questions: I have a set of Vossen 082 Front: 19X8.5 32mm offset Rear: 19X10 38mm. one problem is i'm not exactly sure what tires to wrap these around, I was thinking 245/25 front and 275/30 rear. But i'm kind of new at this. another question is im hearing different things about staggered fitments on an AWD car, does it destroy the system? Does it mess with ride comfort? what additionals mods needs to be done for this work without rubbing? anybhelp is appreciated.

as long as you keep the same overall diameter close and within 2% of the stock overall size, you will be ok. that being said, 245/25/19 is way off. 245/35/19 is what you would need for the front
