The last one linked by audis886, here IS NOT bright I have that same pair for my fog lights and the light output is pathetic. Good for looks only and nothing else. So if you plan to replace your IS DRL (i.e. high beam with half voltage than normal) you should be OK for DRL functionality but have no useful high beam. The first one linked by audi886 is that one I am going to install tonight to have useful fog lights.

Very nice! LEDs really have gone a long way, as discussed before lol..... I didn't think CREE LEDs were THAT THAT bright, the darn thing must be running at an extreme wattage.... Sort of like OC'ing on a computer, I guess anything is possible as long as you keep the system running extremely cool.

Nice photos in your next photos. I got mine installed and the fog light difference are similar to what you show there. They are bright and noticeable!

Why is it that your DRL high beams work at normal high beam voltage instead of the 6V DRL voltage? Isn't it blinding bright during the day time?

What happened to the pictures?
What a frustrating thread, there's about 50 missing pictures from these posts :
I've seen YouTube videos of the new Cree LED headlights and even flashlights and they are super impressive. Here are video links of $10 Ebay flashlights with one of these new LED bulbs called the CREE T6 LED.
UltraFire CREE XML-T6 Flashlight
Are you still going to tell me that these $10 T6 CREE LED bulbs are not amazing?
I actually found this thread after looking for bulbs like this for my 2006 GS300 AWD.
My brother in-law just converted his Altima from an HID kit to a high-power $80 LED bulbs from Ebay without a ballast, and the difference between the HID and the LED was night and day.
The LED bulbs without a ballast were at least twice as bright as the HID's he had before. However, he did something that I do not have the ***** to do, and that is ruin the stock headlamp housing by boring it out to fit the larger LED bulbs. I would prefer something plug and play for my Lexus.
BTW: This is off topic but if you are ever looking for great tires for your Lexus, I highly recommend the Continental DWS. The ride, grip, and low noise makes a huge difference to the ride and handling; especially if you have an AWD Lexus with the horrible Go-Flats (Run-Flats).
This is what I did to discover them:
