Hey guys. I've been having a problem with my 2006 gs300 with starting issues. I'll press the start engine button and all lights on the dash comes on along with the radio but when I press it again to turn on the engine nothing. I've got my battery, starter, and altanater checked an was told all is good. An I heard an electric noise from the back of the car which I'm assuming is the fuel pump. I was wondering if you guys had any input on this. On the car has 129k btw.

Starters sometimes have intermittent issues.

Is the car turning on only half of the time?

Do you have the brake pressed when trying to start?

Next time it happens, try moving the gear shifter into N and then back into P and see if it starts. It could be a faulty neutral safety switch.
