hey cl i got a call back after taking my car in to fresno lexus, they finally looked at my car after having the car sitting there for three days in dealership. Service consultant frank took care of me and offered a courtesy car the same day. Got a phone call from frank and it will be covered by lexus after complaing to them that there was oil consumption and misfiring. My cars going to be in there for 3 weeks , says frank. ill let you guys know how it turns out. i would like to Thank the lexus community and the great info this forum provides
