Totally new to owning a Lexus, but after owning a BMW, and test driving the GS 450H, i had to have it, what a car!

Ok, so had the car one whole week, and was loving it, when i had to brake fairly hard, but was no emergency stop.
Drivers side rear caliper has now come away from the disc, and is rubbing on the inside of the alloy wheel. Breakdown company have been out, and some kind of hub arm (looks to be aluminium) has sheared off allowing the caliper to move.
Sorry can't be more descriptive as wheel is back on and i'm no mechanic, but i'm desperately after advice, or pointers on what has broken as i need to get it repaired.
Any pointers as where to get decent exploded views of the arms / and calipers would also be useful.
Hope someone can advise?

I just went through a frozen caliper ordeal when changing out rear brakes. Found one at Bap Geon that was much better than the factor one for less than $100
