If you look online and add your name to stadium toyota mailing list, they give out service coupons. Ive saved a lot using their coupons.

Well I just found out today that Lexus of Tampa Bay never gave me back my wheel lock. I'll be calling them tomorrow to try and recover the wheel lock. I'm already pissed but if they cannot find it I'm going to be furious!

Use the manufactures service schedule, NOT the dealers...

Saved $30 for an oil changed at the toyota dealership. Downfall: No free snacks nor car wash.

Bringing your Lexus to a Toyota isn't a big deal if you own an ES/CT/RX/GX/LX because those all equate to a different Toyota model and most parts will transfer. The only problem is the people with the IS/GS/LS because mostly those are cars that Toyota techs don't work on often, and problems can arise that they might have no idea what is going on.

We have our 2010 GS serviced at the local Toyota dealer all the time. Never had an issue. Car comes back washed, vacuumed, and ready to go. Also about 1/3 the price!

The Toyota dealer here have a vending machine with free coffee or chocolate. Even when I go to Lexus dealer, I just drink tea.
