Introduction
Thought I'd introduce myself with some pictures and some questions:
Is this the stock ride height? Seems low.
Are these the stock brakes? Seem big.
I've had it a couple of months and it pulls pretty hard. I've been impressed for only 300 horsepower.

It's a 2006 GS430 about 80k miles. Super clean. Inside and out hardly looks driven.
Well my past two 'fun' cars were a 1990 Mustang LX coupe with a built 306 and nitrous, ran 11.8 on DR's, and a 2004 Ford Lightning with 500 HP, so imagine my surprise when I discovered the non-existent aftermarket for this car. I just cannot believe it. SRT quoted me 10k for a supercharger. WHAT? That would add maybe 100hp? There's no cheap way to even port the heads, intake, and add cams.
I WANTED a quick sleeper. Keep it all stock on the outside but add some kind of FI, and have fun.
NOW:
I'm going to try to replicate what I think a GS-F should look and sound like.
I'm going to:
Black out Roof.
Add 20" Five star gun metal wheels. (haven't decided on brand).
EITHER: add Brembo's all around or just paint the calipers, and add cross drilled rotors. They are already bigger than both my Lightnings and my Mustangs.
Exhaust with AP2 S2000 tips (already on the way).
Lowered maybe 1.5" with coil over kit.
Side markers
I'd like to add a very subtle front and rear bumper covers, but haven't seen anything I like.
Interior:
I'd like to add some trim pieces similar to the ISF. Thinking a new steering wheel, shift ****, and replacing the wood pieces with stainless or something else, maybe black. I haven't see any interiors redone. Maybe see if the ISF seats fit.
Any other ideas for this kind of look?

welcome, nice ride. i was thinking of silver, but I already have a silve 01 lightning and had my share of foxbody mustangs. you might feel the steering different since its electronic, but other than that, it's a nice comfortable ride compared to what you had, although the stang is fun in a straight line, or twisties if its set up for that.

Looking forward to the progress, and you are right the aftermarket for this car is non-existent. Coming from a 350Z this is a shock to me since the aftermarket is huge for that car.

Thanks for the tip on sewell.
What do you guys think of the f-sport shift ****? Mine is slightly faded, but I'm not sure how I could tie in the blue stitching. Is there another alternative?
I'm stoked to get modding but it sucks there's such a small aftermarket.

Don't think that blue stitching would look well unless your replace your interior trim with black wood. Just my opinion. I agree wth small aftermarket products. I'd love to have a set of angle eys headlights.
