Default CPO Car Coming up on 35 Service Interval

We bought an 08 last year for my wife. Car has been a real pleasure to own and drive, other than the dash rattle during the winter months, which BTW, I was able to convice Lexus Corporate to fix on their own dime...

Anyway, we just took it in for our "complementary" 1st oil change @ 32K miles. Since we're approaching the 35K and then the subsequent 40K service intervals, I have a question. Do any of you know whether I have to have Lexus perform these scheduled maintenance tasks in order to keep our CPO warranty valid? In our case, we have a 3 year - up to 100K mile warranty on the vehicle. I don't want to void that warranty, so what's the scoop?

I have them do oil changes only so I keep the raltionship up in the event I need them for a serious problem. I do my own brakes and air filter changes. Seems to work, I have had some pretty pricey repairs done via the warranty with little or no hassle.
