Default 2008 GS350 Headlamp rim broken, needs replacement

Tab for the window washer of the right side headlamp trim ring is missing. I have the HID light package with the light washer. Just discovered it after a car washing. Went back to the car wash to find it but no luck. Can anyone tell me can a person just buy the tab to replace or is the whole new trim peice neeeded? Totyoa dealer quoted me $150 for the trim part. Is this easy to replace myself if I source the part? Any help on sourcing the part (the entire trim ring or just the tab part) is appreciated.

Thanks--Mike

Wish you needed driver side, because my trim chrome has a tiny bubble in it. We could have split the cost on a used trim and it would have been win win

Mike, I'm also missing the tab. No luck with finding on parts.com or a local junkyard. I've email sewell parts but they haven't responded. Im thinking we will have to purchase the whole trim.

Which side headlight do you need it for?

I don't know what it is about these flimsy pieces, but I noticed my driver's side piece is missing. Has anyone figured out what to do about this serious problem that seems to be plaguing our cars?
