hello new to the forum, having issues with new 06 gs300
first of hello everyone and happy holidays. i just bought a 2006 gs300 awd. the car has a few issues. the check vsc, check engine, and the circle with parentheses and ! in the middle are all on. i had the car checked and it shows im getting random misfires in the cylinders. also the car has a slight vibration while picking up speed around 40mph sometimes. i have new tires rotors and brakes. its not when braking so i know its not the front. the complete car vibrates and just stop once in a while. any clue where to start ?

Its possible then that this has already been performed on your car. Would assume if a Lexus dealer pulled your vin they would have checked all service bulletins along with any recalls. At this point just take it into the dealer and confirm.
If you don't have a contact at any local Chicago dealers post in the Chicago region were another local member can help get you to someone that will take good care of you.

I just had my car serviced based on the misfire. They had it for 3 days. They took the engine refit new piston rings, cleaned out the carbon build up - almost like getting a refurb engine. Beverly Hills Lexus repair costs around $9200. It was free via the extended warranty. WOw that was nice of Lexus corp.
