Default Seriously... AWD Vibration/Wobble Needs to be Addressed by the Aftermarket

I hope a company who has proper engineering and technical expertise is trolling this forum, because it is ridiculous to me that no company either JDM or US market has gone ahead and gotten this squared away for us. I would think it's any easy thing for them to address and they could easily get $500 bucks out of me and many others for this solution. You have a legion of people scared to drop their AWD, and another army of people who already have and are pissed off.

Next spring season, I am definitely going to install my BC coilovers that I've had sitting in a box untouched for three years. I've been separated from my GS for three years due to military service, but she finally showed up here in Germany. I'm sick of rolling on stock 17's at SUV height!

Come on somebody... this is a Lexus GS we're talking about here. Fix it! Shoot, I'll throw some $$$ at the R&D if I am promised a set of the solution parts.

I may try and find a German tuning shop locally if nobody steps up to the plate. Maybe a shop that specializes in Quattro Audis or AWD Porsches might be able to do something for us.

I used to have an AWD turbo Impulse RS lowered with no fender gap. No vibrations.

i talked to a few companies that were interested in what i came up with but we needed more people to test the parts out. the spacers i had worked for me and eliminated almost all of my vibrations and i was tucking in all 4 corners.

How many did you need again and at what cost? I think it's being taken serious enough that we can get the guys now. I'm in... again.

Maybe if the cost isn't too high I can front the money for a first run and then resell them as people need them to get back the front money. PM me if you want to keep it private.

Ok. Here is the thread guys... might as well go back to that one instead of having two separate ones.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...rs-needed.html

Like I said, I'm in and willing to pay for the set of spacers, shipping, installation, etc...

2006 AWD GS 300

I think we can close this thread, Mods.

I never had any problem with coilovers and aftermarket wheels on any AWD car.

RCA's will not cure the vibes nor will it make it better. If you have coils crank them up

I have an 06 GS AWD and i have had this conversation with IXI187IXI so many times i can't remember. RCA blocks will not solve the problem unless your just using the blocks with stock suspension i believe. JRE022 i feel you, i too had my coilovers sitting in a dark corner in the house neglected but i only bought my car last year. i hit up a friend of mine who works on cars in Texas and he fabbed up a part i mentioned in another thread to to in between the motor mounts to keep the axles at an aligned height. i haven't had a chance to put mine on yet but he and a few others have had success with it with minimum to no vibrations. I am currently lowered on BC's and hopefully i put in my spacers this weekend.

i was tucked but the vibrations drove to much fear into me so i raised it up to about 2 finger gap with minimum vibrations.
