So a while back my passenger side mirror got clipped while parked and the mirror cracked. I haven't replaced it since since the mirror alone is $500. So I got lucky and found a 09 mirror assembly on eBay for $180 and bought it. The 09 mirror was held down by clips but my 11 mirror is held by adhesives. Also the connections for heated and dim mirrors were different. I thought they were suppose to be the same. Sewell list the same part numbers for both cars. What's going on?

The internals are completely different as well...

interesting.. i thought they were supposed to be same as well. hope you can return the mirror back to the seller.
