Does anyone here have problem with gas after installed the M2 exhaust?I got my M2 exhaust on for few days, and it seems like my gas going down really quick. 18mpg to 19mpg in city and 20mpg on freeway, I only did 210 miles 2 clicks until the gas light come on.

I had that same problem when I put my Stainless works exhaust on my GTO.... I really like the sound ha are you sure your not putting your foot down more? I doubt an axle back has hardly any affect on anything but sounds and looks. I don't know for sure since I am stock wouldn't think so though.

I did. The problem was that I kept revving my car. When I cruised on the freeway my MPG was the same.

I currently have the system and the sound is great. I have the M2 and the fitment was perfect and as I heard Tanabe has something to do with Top Speed and M2 its not the same but they have input into these companies. this is my review on it.

Yep felt it three days after install. Not bad but its dipped from 28MPG to about 24MPG in the city highway is still the same.

are you kidding me? I mean im not *****ing about filling up my car but a 4mpg drop from an exhaust seems ridiculous. If anything, I would assume a more free flowing exhaust system would improve mpg with an intake, not drastically make it worse. I think sticking a christmas tree on your roof would make less of a dent on your mpg than that exhaust.

For the people that own the M2Exhaust what did you guys do to make the exhaust fit better, mine is a bit short on the right, and the bend before the exhaust hits a circular object behind the rear tire. Any help would be appreciated

I didn't have the problem with the exhaust being uneven on both sides. I recall my exhaust rubbing against something near the rear tire but I just shaved it down so that it doesn't touch. No biggy!

Thanks for the reply SlvrBuilt, i may have to do that also, but i will still have the issue of it being uneven, if everything else fails stock is going back on.

Did u have any problems installing it like some others did?

I see that top speed has it back in stock now, i wonder if they resolve the previous issues?
