let me guess. with the old pads out, did you push the pistons back into place for the new pads? and you didn't disconnect the battery?

ah thats easy.. i come across this everytime i do my brakes.

if it says anything related to a hydraulic problem then
just reset the codes in the abs/trc/vsc..... and voila everything works back...

if no hydraulic codes... then u need to reporgram the whole system,, 4 steps only..
1/ go to abs/trc/vsc , ecb utility and reprogram (1.ecb, 2.abs, 3.vsc and 4.zero point calibration).....

all that should be done using toyota techstream or toyota intelligent tester...

Thanks for the replies friends, the thing was that I did press the brakes when I was changing the brakes. It was my error by doing so. I took it to a friends shop to reset it. It looked like a Christmas tree with all those lights on luckily its Christmas. LOL... My friend at the shop did state that I should of taken off the battery when I was changing the brake pads. I would like to thank you all for all your help once again you guys are GREAT!!!

yes on latest generation lexus, you need to disconnect battery otherwise reverse flow of fluid will trigger codes

all depends on how much you push back on pistons and if that's enough to trigger the code.

Yea, battery needs to be disconnected. I had to take my car to lexus to get my brakes bleed twice. 3rd brake fix i disconnected the battery and no more lights on my dash.
