so my shark fin antenna cover came off (long story) and i'm trying to put it back on before it rains and ruins the inside of the hole. it looks like from the inside the cover was attached with some type of glue to hold it down to the base. anyone know what brand of glue i should use? i'm assuming no other damage was done since this is just a cover? any info would help. thanks.

You can use 3m double sided tape the grey colored one. You should be able to find it at any automotive paint supply store. You could always stop by any body shop and they will have it also.

garage door malfunctioned and was halfway down while backing out and took off my antenna and scraped my roof as well. used some gorilla glue as a temp fix until i get the car fixed. thanks to all for the info.
