Certainly not in price they aren't, but I have heard they are the same performance wise.

Stock size, not Typhoon or anything special.

No, F-Sport intake is about double the price as a K&N. If you choose K&N you can go with just filter change or whole intake, I swapped the whole thing out and install was easy.
