Hey mike I just recently bought the vossen 83's and for some reason my lip is hanging over the tire so it has no protection from my tires Basically it isnt sitting flush specs are front 20x9 running pirelli p zero 245/30/20 rear 20x10.5 running pirelli p zero 285/25/20 what do you think the problem is thanks in advance or if anyone else can help let me know!

there is no problem, it's tire selection. some tires are more meaty (bridgestone, michelin, for example), some are more stretched (dunlop, toyo, for example), even for the same size. it's all design difference.

of course, size matters too. 285 for some is a little on the narrow side on 10.5. 245 on 9 that's probably ok

So far they are excellent. They perform well and look nice. Streets (tarmac) are real slick in Saudi because of the heat and the new tires grip real well. I am happy with them.
