Shipping rates to other countries that involve the additional fees will always be controversial. We'd love to use the Postal system, but they can't give us (you) the service we require - that's just can't.

Our shipping rates we offer online are simply the published rates on the respective couriers website. We do our best to be as visible and transparent as possible. Check for yourself, you'll see.

This has been a hot topic for years - I don't expect anything to change relating to shipping.
