Post Importance of the 70k mile service?

I have 3rd Gen Lexus GS, it has been passed 70k mile and I've receiving emails from my dealership for 70k mile service. Is it worth the money to get the 70k mile service from the dealership?

Also, have anyone know what are being perform/check on the vehicle for this service? I asked the dealership but they just told me check suspension, battery, etc....just the basic stuff?

Thanks for checking this post.

To my knowledge 70000 is just basic service. Your next major service is 90K.

Basic "Maintenance Service" is full totally unnecessary and expensive "checks". Just get the oil changed.

Its very important, in fact its every 5k important. All it requires is an oil change and oil filter change. Every 30k bleed you're brake fluid, at 60k you need (should at least) change the spark plugs. At 100k change out all the radiator fluid. Air filter and cabin filter should be checked every 5k, once they get dark or black change em. Simple as that, enjoy I saved you couple thousand $$$$.

Thanks guys, yea i'll probably go with basic maintenance(oil change). I just wanted to make sure the dealer consultant giving me right facts to proceed on basic oil change instead of combo with 70k service.
