Thanks
that sounds good.
I got quoted $369 without windshield for Llumar CTX ceramic.

just make sure it's really ceramic, and you get the serial # on your warranty papers.

Also, something to watch out for- Ceramic tint is generally harder to work with, so inexperienced tinters will leave flame marks, or "ghosting", under direct sunlight..... especially on the curved glass of the GS. it looks like ***.
The proper way is to use low heat, and shrinking larger areas on the film.
Is this what it looks like? Did this happen to you? Damn that looks like crap. Thanks everyone for the input. At least I know what to look for and what prices are. I can't believe how much more ceramic tints cost. Also, I got quoted like 800 for the 3m protective film for the front of the car (part of the fenders, front area of the hood, front bumper, and side mirrors). Is that sound right? If so, I can't believe how much this stuff cost.

^^^ it really depends on how much of the front has it full hood, fender fronts, bumper, and mirrors is going to cost you. I have a black car and don t like the way the texture of the Clear Bra looks personally.

Probably only if you do it yourself. If a shop charges 800 or less for the entire front end, I bet it will look like crap.

I paid $289.99 for the Formula One (Pinnacle) ceramic tint here in Toronto. Comes with a lifetime warranty. It does not interfere with your GPS or any electronics and it's supposed to keep your vehicle cool in the summer.
What's that saying? you get what you pay for?

Free lol
DigiFilm Nano 35% two Front and windshield, 20% back half THEN... Cermaic II 5% over the 4 doors and back glass. Nice and Black lol

Our dealership charges the customers 295 during the sales visit and then its around 235 in service.
So you are looking around 150-300 for a good estimate price for decent tint.
