I'm having the same exact problem and I tried four different sets of bulbs and they are all different brands... My factory bulbs work with no problem but when I try to change them to a 8000k, they only stay on for a like 2 sec. Does anyone know wat the problem is?

Other than your dubious choice of bulb colour, not really. What brands did you try? It seems people only have half decent luck with Philips and sometimes Garax here.

its because the bulb u have is a fake d4s bulb and is a really a d2s bulb...i had the same issue when i bought some cheap bulbs off Ebay once u buy a real brands d4s bulb and put them side by side, you will see the difference.

yes, throw out your money.

I don't go by the price of the product to judge it's quality. Though most trusted brand are a bit higher.
