Default Bridgestone Turanza Serenity vs Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus

I'm debating what tires to replace next on my GS. Bridgestone Turanza Serenity or Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. Has anybody use the Bridgestone Turanza Serenity 245/40/18 on there Lexus? How's the tread wear, handle on wet and dry condition for the Bridgestone?

i've had the bridgestone serenity on my car for about 3 years now (they were initially known as turanza hs-v) and they've been great. the wet/dry traction is great. the snow traction based on my experience was only so so; however, that might have been because the two rear tires had inner shoulder wear at that point and needed to be replaced. i would highly recommend them.

with that said though, the michelin pilot a/s are great tires as well. i believe those might be lighter too.

THe OP is comparing apples and oranges though. The Michelin PS A/S is a high performance all season. The Michelin tire that competes with the serenity is the Primacy. The Primacy is also lighter and has better wet handling, but I think the Serenity is quieter and softer.

I currently have a newer set of Turanza Serenity 245/40/18s, and don't like them. Performance is great...they stick great, great all around traction, and the wear is excellent. But, they just ride too hard and you feel every little crack in the pavement. I want a slightly softer ride, so I'm going to be replacing them with a softer 45 profile.
