Why not just leave your fog lights running all the time?
I was actually a bit confused at the concept of rear fog lights at first because we have no such thing here in the US since they all light up.
Now I understand that the inner rear light is linked to the front fog lights turning on so that's why you call them rear fog lights

LED much better look
Halogen much brighter.
They are called rear fogs because they are anti-fog lights
Rear fogs turns on seperatly from front fogs.

Like for instance, in Japan you can get the LED fogs and JDM visors when you buy a GS from Lexus.In the middle east there are no options there is only Full options which basically means fully equipped, u get to pick color and rims. The rest comes as standard, sunroof, sensors, fog lights, etc

The e90's all you basically need is the switch or "Lego" mod. It's right next to the switch for the front fogs. It's there in the car already just not an "option" here in the us even though alot are doug it since all you have to buy is like a 50$ switch. If the inner lit up where the fake led lights are I'd get them just to be different but i don't like how only the outers light up.

Almost the same story.. we have only two: with ML, Navi and back-camera OR without. No choice for rims. No sunroof.

I ordered them.. waited for 3 weeks. Probably I got them from UAE.
If you order parts for your car they should cost less.
If you buy parts ("in stock") they cost more money but you don't need to wait them.
200$ costed me two rear lamps + wires.

Looks like some non-US GS Hybrids also come with the rear fogs.
^ that's my Hong Kong spec 2010 GS450h. Note the fake LEDs. Only the outside bit lights up at night- the inner lamps don't light up with the fogs off.
Can't take pictures because I've sold it since I took that image but yeah- that's what the stripped out blue Hybrid tails look like.
