Default Had 60k done on 2007 gs350; no spark plugs?

have a 2007 GS350 when the dealer did the 60 service they didn't do the spark plugs, they said they are not due until 90k miles. Is that correct?

Also in Feb I will be taking it in for the recall should I have the spark plugs one then?

Should I take in my plugs? If so where should I buy them?

The iridium spark plugs are rated for 120K. The manual says it could be done at 60K for some emission warranty or something. My service guy said don't worry about it until 120K. I did the recall without the plugs.

I agree with drewdogg80. Unless you find your car running rough, pinging under load or something else to lead you to believe that you have a spark plug issue they are good for at least 100,000 miles.

I had mine (07 GS350 AWD) done @ 60K during the Valve Spring recall work. I got charged for parts and they installed for free! well...6 plugs for $140 kinda sucks on its own.

The dealers here in SoCAL were quoting me anywhere from 700-1600 for the 60K service because of the spark plugs! I just bought them from sewell but I wonder if I can get a dealer to install them while doing a recall service.

Anyone in SoCAL have any luck with this??

You should because they have to remove the plugs for the Valve Spring Recall.

I don't believe the plugs are removed when the recall work is done.
