I got my 3gs back from the valve spring recall and now the only window you can open from the drivers side is the drivers side. The other windows work but you have to use the button on that window. Is there a setting that got reset or something.

Other than that everything went great. I had them do the cam gear TSB why they had it apart also. Car seems a little more responsive. They filled it up with gas and detailed the inside and outside. I always have a great experience with them (lexus of Madison).

Sounds like they disconnected the battery. Are the window switches blinking? Hold each switch up and down for 5 seconds respectively, then test. Make sure to do all doors.

You will have to roll each window all the way up and down, then the drivers side console will start to work.
I does happen when the car battery has been disconnected

Thanks guys, it worked. Took a little bit on the front passenger because I just opened and closed it like the others and it did not work, had to actually hold the button for more than 5 seconds. passenger window is turbo charged. They didn't put that one in the book did they?

What is the cam gear tsib ?

When the car is cold there is not enough oil flow/pressure to the cam gears and they rattle on start up until they get some oil. I don't know if it hrts anything but they have to take them off to do the valve springs so I had them do it.
