Spare key fob no longer works, Buy new one or can battery be replaced?

Which way can I go here for a spare key fob that no longer works? Will I have to buy a brand new one or can I just replace the battery inside?

The battery is replaceable. I just had to order new ones for mine. CR1632 on Amazon for less than $1 each shipped(if you buy 10).
