Hey guys I did some searching last night and I could not find much. I would like to replace some of my interior lights with LEDS...... I know I know the 3GS already has LEDS in the interior...... I want brighter ones! Has anyone done this swap yet.. and if so what brand and bulb/led#'s did you use. I was looking over the 2GS forum and they have a sticky with every Bulb to LED conversion ...I think we should have something like that cause the 3GS is soooo much more ballen!!

I would like to brighten up the following bulb locations:

rear Brake lights
rear turn signals
reverse light
map light front and rear
license plate lights
mirror puddle lights

License plate and brake lights are already LED. Might not be able to change them. I and many forum members have had great luck with the high-powered LEDs from V-LEDS.com. They range from brightness depending on what you're willing to spend. I think there's a coupon floating around for CL members too.

yea i have the same question as well... i tried looking through that DIY page... doesn't say anything about the bulb size and type in the 3gs. Can someone please provide me with a exactly link to the bulb size and quantity require for the cabin as well as exterior please.
