Ticking/Clicking Noise from front passenger wheel when turning left?

Hello everyone
This is an older post and I wanted to check if any solutions were found.
I have the same issue 2012 rx350 @70K km. It started around 60K Kms and comes and goes depending on the outside temperature. If it's cold no noise, it only comes back if it's warmer than 10 degrees Celsius.
It happens when I go over bumps, road cracks, turning left or right, and when transitioning from a ramp to a flat surface (ie multi storey parkade).
The dealer wasn't able to find the source but it feels like the window is settling when above moves happen.
I am hoping it will go away once I get the doors drilled and inside the panels are sprayed for rust protection (gives a bit of lubrication).
Any help finding the source would be great.
I can tell its definitely not coming from the wheel bearing.
