Has anyone seen this before and if yes what can be done to resolve it. In addition to this INFO screen does not show any data and bluetooth does not have sound.

My car is certified, when i took it to the dealer they want $65 just to diagnose? WTF??

Thats a new one for me. I have never heard of such a thing. I hope you have warranty left or have purchased an extended warranty

Its certified used then you dont pay for an inspection. Did you modify something that caused this?

I have not had nor heard of this message until reading your post. Take it back and ask why this is not covered under your certified warranty?

i had best buy add an isimple ipod connector and mine did that too. i had to bring it to lexus and they had to fix it. they removed the isimple hardware and reset everything that fixed it.

You get this message on the screen when you have the interface connector on the back of the radio disconnected. I tried to put in a double DIN radio. And that’s the fault you get plus others.

Just remove the equipment you put in and reconnect the original plugs. And it comes back. There is nothing to reset.

This sounds like the ticket. There are a few extra harnesses on the back that connect the head unit to the HVAC system. With the "isimple" problem before, sounds like they should have gone back to best buy and got them to reconnect whatever they forgot to connect up. Actually, what they should have done was never go to best buy and let them touch their car especially given how simple it is to get everything apart yourself!
