Default Rear Seat Cushion Removal

The dealer performed some work on the leather on the rear seats. While generally done well, they remounted to seat slightly crooked (i.e. the position of the preforated inserts do not match up with the seat back). I believe the dealer put the seats back incorrectly. Does anyone have any diagrams of instructions on how to remove the seats? I'd rather not have to go all the way back to the dealer - they are almost an hour away!

I saw someone on the forums several years ago with a link, but that link is no longer working.

Thanks.

i believe it just pops off like other lexus. the front you lift up and it will pop, and then the rear part of the bottom you kind of pull it away from the seat and it should come out. i don't think the bottom is held down by and bolts. the seat back though, it's held down by bolts

Thanks. Do you know where specifically I should pull - i.e. where the clips are situated?

I haven't done it myself so I can't say for sure, but I believe there are 2 close to the far edge? Playing from my memory working on some other Lexus

The rear seat bottoms on all toyota/lexus seem to be loose and not held on by bolts or anything.

I stumbled across it last night - very cool. I also checked my seat and it looks like mine just had two tabs about in the middle of each seat position at the front edge that I pulled out. The issue is that leaves the outer edges (on the left and right sides) so loose that I can pull them up and down - I think they forgot to reinstall the clips on the outside!

Generally there will be clips in the front that you can pull on and the front of the seat cushion will come up. From there you can pop the rear portion out. I removed mine from my G35 for track days and to line the body with some dynamat

Do you remember how many clips there were? Mine appears to just have two - at each seat position, about middle of the front edge of the seat.
