Default Goodyear Assurance TripleTred (All-Season)

Anyone has experience with the Goodyear Assurance TripleTred (All-Season) tires on their GS 350?

Have not used Goodyear, but i've been incredibly pleased with Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position...smooth, quiet, great grip. I can highly recommend these tires

I put them on my 99 passat and those things lasted like 60-80K miles before I wore them down to the wires with a car with a bad alignment too

I had the triple threads on my accord and it was great. I only used it for 10-15k miles so not sure how it is long term.
I have Goodyear F1 All Season on my gs now. After 15k, it became very loud. Tread is still good on the tires now and performs great in rain and snow, but they are very VERY loud. Currently has 20-25k mile on the tires.

I had the Triple Treads on my 02 GS and they rode a little firm. They were fairly fresh when I traded it for my 06 GS. On the 06 I've had the Eagle F1 GS D3's - soft ride, incredible traction dry or wet, noisy, and they tracked (pulled the wheel) in ruts or uneven roads. I have the Eagle GT All Season's with 500 miles on 'em now. So far the best tire I've bought - quiet, soft, great traction on dry or wet, and very predictable in turns. I would be considered a spirited driver, your style and needs may differ. Your choice of using Tire Rack is one of the best resources for researching tires. If you weren't aware, the 94 on your selected tire refers to load rating. The higher the #, the higher the load rating and the thicker the side wall (harder ride). So try to get the suggested load rating to maintain a nice ride. Good luck, hope this helps!
