I saw some mods for lighting (like the rear trunk) but I was wondering if there was any for the puddle lights for the Lexus GS 3G (the light under the side mirrors)? I want it brighter but not too bright (brightness in between the current Lexus GS and the Lexus ES - which is a bit bright for my taste). I feel as though the puddle light is a bit useless if its that dark...
P.S. Thanks for all the tips from everyone concerning HID foglights. I'll be getting them installed on Friday at Music Box...
Side question: Anyone know when the F-Sport sway bars are coming out? I thought they were supposed to come out June 1 (according to all the blogs, press, etc..)?
i think every light on the GS needs to be about 50% brighter. For a car that has about 10 lights turn on every time you open the door it sure is dark inside.
yea thats true. I got black interior and dont like the dim spotlight domes.
I dont think there is a how to thread on the puddle lights, there was one thread about taking off the lense but the poster was unable to put the lense back, had to silicon it or something.
Ive been trying to do this for a while but I did not know the bulb size for puddle lights. Is it a 168 type bulb ? Also can you just pop off the mirror instead of completely removing the whole side mirror ?
