yes - if you disconnected the battery recently . I think you'll find the auto up/down function does not currently work nor can you raise lower any window but the driver's door from the master control panel.

All you need to do is reinitialize each window (using the switch on each door itself in this order: driver's door, passenger front, passenger rear, driver rear, moonroof). I think you need to lower it half way then re-raise and hold switch up for a few seconds longer. The will blink in sequence as you need to do them once you start w/ driver's door.

That happened to me to when I disconnected my battery to install the dvd/navi override... You have to do that for the sunroof too otherwise it will be funky as well

I think you need hold down the close or open button down (I forgot). While hold the button down, the sunroof should open all the way and then closed all the way. The key is just to HOLD that button down and it automatically go back and then to the front again. Hope this helps.

I hate to be snide but the answers to both these questions are in the owners manual.
I have a 2006 GS and the window information is under the power window section, page 59 and the moonroof issue in the moonroof section on page 134. Try looking up moonroof and power windows in your index, I am sure you will find the info laid out for you.

If pays to read the manual.
