maybe, i have t1r. and 245 will most likely not stretched on 8.5. i didn't do any mods in the front fenders though, lucky me

remove fender lip, shave the whole fender, stretch tires, and probably need to pull the fenders too especially the front

I am on 19's too...
245/35/19 - offset 33 - Front - 19 x 8.5"
285/35/19 - offset 50 - Rear - 19 x 10.5"

prepare a lot of drop, a lot of camber, stretch some tires, and busy on the fenders
