Just drive slowly and travel in a long distance then you'll pass 310 easily. The most I've gotten out of my tank is 350 miles.

I dont really pay attention to this kinda stuff...but I am pretty sure I have gotten 400+ highway miles from a full tank.
Oh, I have a 2005 GS350 also.

390 is probably about right. I have a lot of highway miles on my daily commute. Im sure if I drove a little more conservatively, I could squeek out another 20 or so.

AWD, trip length, temparture, driving habits, tire pressure and proper maintenance will play a big role in gas mileage. I drive 4 miles to work, go home for lunch and pick up my kid in the afternoon, all under 5 miles each trip. That will kill mileage fast. My highway/city ratio is like 10/90.
The winter gas around here usually kills milage by 1 or 2 MPG also. Thank god they just switch to summer gas. I saw an instant 1.5 MPG jump the last 2 tank full.

REALLY?
I get about 330-340 for travel around town (aver 20.5).
I have gotten 425 out of a tank up to 3x with highway miles a majority of those. (this was aver 78-80 mph on the tripmeter).j
Granted, i wait till the needle his the thick bottom line and sometimes right under it so i tend to put in 17 - 17.5 gallons of ga

The only thing i have done is a drop in K&N Air filter which i have noticed a slight incr in gas mileage with it vs before it.
