08 GS problem with SPEED DIAL

About one out of 3 or 4 times when I click INFORMATION then click TELEPHONE the
SPEED DIAL screen appears.. consequently I am unable to access PHONEBOOK or other settings. Any suggestions anyone?

correct, if the car is in motion, it goes to speed dial right the way. you can only access the phone book when the car is stopped, or if you have override
