I've just looked in your picture and would like tell you short story. We have CT200h 2013 ,after first complimentary service and cleaning We noticed melted marks on our cub holder but We were dismissed by Lexus dealer. So I thought maybe it is somehow our fault so I agree to replace it. After replacement was completed brand new cub holder AND CAR WAS WASHED AND NICELY CLEAN I have noticed melted marks . Call service supervisor and he was crazy how this could happen (but happen 100% in Lexus dealer). Im looking for more owners with the same problem. Trust me it is Lexus dealers fault .
