hi there,

im shopping for a new gs350 and ive been getting different buy rate MF on a 3 year/15k lease.

can anyone confirm it? or does anyone know which website to look for the MF. does anyone what the dealer can mark up also?? any other fees i should expect ? just accquistion?

.00195% (4.68%) is the MF and 48% is the residual for a 2007 GS350 (these numbers are good through 7/22/07). Reputable dealers will not touch these numbers as they are direct from Lexus Financial.

Thats interesting that you say that because I am looking to lease a GS next week sometime, and both dealers I am talking to here in Houston, say they cannot match that rate. The explanation was that they buy the money at that rate, and then mark it up...I think it is BS, but I don't know who to believe anymore. Why are lease rates so secretive anyways? They say the MF is .00295 (not negotiable), while you clearly state that it .00195, and I even read yesterday that from the 18th to the 22nd that is at .00125...Can someone PLEASE Clear this up for me, I am really getting frustrated. I even called Lexus Financial this morning, and they were useless. What rate should I be getting? HELP!

Sometimes lease rates are dependent on where you live. Here is SoCal, the numbers I gave are direct from the dealer and is written by Lexus Financial. Numbers for Houston and be entirely different.
