That looks like the car was going pretty fast, not saying it was speeding per say, but the rate of speed to hit the curb to have been 50+ MPH to do that kind of damage.

Yikes,

Sorry for what happened. I hope that you will get that car repaired at a better cost or get a new one. As long as that car kept you safe, and you are fine, its all that matters.

time to trade it in for the gs460. That's a lot of damage. hopefully it will still drive the same after repair but highly doubt it with that much damage. Any frame damage?
Well that must of waken you up from your drunken state. Maybe you would have done better if you drove. just kidding. hope everything turns out ok.

ya the important thing was everyone was ok. but the back tires were pirelli p zero's and not as bald as the ones in the front. the driver is getting crazy with me threatening to sue me for the tires being bald. but i told him #1, it doesn't matter if the tires were made of glass, its your responsibility to inspect a vehicle before you drive it, and number two. california law says the tread depth must be at least 1/32 of an inch. and it meets that criteria.

That looks terrible. Good news that no one was hurt. Was the driver a friend of yours? He/she is threatening to sue you? Isn't your insurance company paying for the repair?

Ouch it hurts just to look at it. Glad to see that everyone is ok. What audacity the driver has for trying to sue you when he or she was clearly at fault.

chances are whos ever fault it was their monthly/yearly premium will be going up to counter the insurance covering the cost of rapairs.

Glad to hear noone was hurt. Remember it is just a car.
