Some questions about my new GS
Just got it last night and I havent had much time to figure everything out. So many buttons!
1. I read that I can transfer all of the contacts from my bluetooth Blackberry into the cars system. What I'd like to know is this. If the numbers are all stored in there, can I just press "friends name" while driving and it will call him? Or would I need to pull over just to press that button? Can I setup those transferred numbers with voice commands too" Like so I can say "call friend 1" and then it'll call him?
2. If I store a ton of locations in the Nav, cant I just press them when I need to without having to pull over?
3. When women throw their panties at me, should I take my hands off the wheel while in motion to catch them, or just catch them in my mouth?

1. Not every Blackberry can be used to transfer the whole phone book. Mine is 8700c and I can only do one at a time. To answer you question, no you can't just press friend's name record in your phone book while driving. You'd have to add your best friends as Speed Dials. These you can push while driving. And, yes, you can configure voice tags for all entries in the phone book and use these while driving, but the voice recognition on Lexus sucks ***!
2. Yes.
2. Yes.

Reading the book right now and I have a question. What is the difference really between adding a person in the phone book, and adding them as a speed dial? Is there a way to call people in your phone book without having to put on the break?

I have the 8700c but cannot find a way to even get contacts one at a time to transfer. Does anyone have an idea on how to do this..I gave up on the whole phone book idea.

I also just got a new blackberry and yes, no conceivable way to transfer contacts to the GS.
BUT....
My old motorazr was sync'd to the GS300 bluetooth system; and when I added the new blackberry...the original contacts are still there! I can dial out using the new phone with the old contacts...perfect!

some do some don't. I have the crackberry CURVE and it transfers everything. DATES, CONTACTS, APPOINTMENTS, all in one sync. Took a few minutes but everything is done.
