If you don't want to drop it, I would just get the optional 18" GS430 wheels. I think those wheels look really good for an OEM wheel.
Don't even think about getting 19s or 20s if you don't plan on lowering the car as they will definitely give your car the 4x4 look.
Basically, if the wheel well gap is larger than the profile of your tire, the car will look raised no matter what style of wheel you put on there.

You can lower with Eibach Pro kit and it will ride pretty much like stock. It lowers front and rear about 1"-1.5", so if you run 20", it will still look and ride good.

do you actually have a pro-kit installed on your car? I have been looking for someone that can tell me how the ride is?

If you want the rolling diameters to be as close as possible you'll want to use the following wheel and tire package:
20x8.5 wheel 245/35/20 tire (front)
20x10 wheel 285/30/20 tire (rear)
Many RWD owners use 275/30/20 tires in the rear and it works just fine.

Don't mean to hijack, but would:
20x8.5 +43 high disk wheel 245/35/20 tire (front)
20x10 +37 wheel 285/30/20 tire (rear)
Plus lowering with coilovers be feasible w/o fender mods?
Thanks in advance.

Maybe. All I know is my iforged wheels were specifically made for the 06 GS and I still have rubbing. I am not sure what the offset specifications are.
