According to 2 dealerships (Westminster & Newport) Lexus will not be offering the 450h in the Starfire Pearl (White) on Black interior. What I find odd is that they wont even allow a special order on that color combo even if the brochure and Lexus website show the color combo is available.
Does anybody already have this color combo in the 450h or have one on order somewhere else? I would very much like this color combo especially if im going to be spending 65k. Thanks in advance.

My 450h is cyrstal white with black interior. I got mine in early August. That was before Lexus changed the color to starfire pearl. I am not sure how different starfire pearl is from crsytal white. I saw a starfire pearl gs350 the other day at the dealer. I couldn't really tell the difference between that one and mine from a distance.

Monchichai, did you order yours specifically in that color combo or did you just buy it off of the lot? Which dealership did you purchase it from? TIA

I didn't order the car in specific color combo. My dealer (Magnussen in Fremont, CA ) told me that they couldn't custom order the car. They get whatever color that Lexus delievered to them. Since May, the only colors that were delivered were black and silver, which were the two colors that I didn't want. Then the white one came and I was the first on their wait list for the car. So I took it. The dealer told me that this color combo is not very common for GS.

I'm disapointed Lexus offers colors that you just can't get. Back in 02 I really wanted a BLUE GS430 - either of the two blues would have been fine. Unfortunately they just were not making them for my area and while Lexus told me I could order it, my dealers dismissed the notion. So seriously if they show the color as available and you can BUILD the car on the website, why can't you get the GS450 in the color you want? Even if you are willing to wait for it?
