I remember when my car looked that brand new I use to Zaino my car almost 2-3 times a month.

One year later, my front bumper looks like crap. Hood has various spots of minor damage as well. I didn't get a clear bra since my plan was to keep the GS430 two or three years max. But if this were a long term keeper, I've learned that a clear bra is a must on a black car.

Back to the topic, your GS looks great

Thank you all for the nice comments. I didn't do the xpel on my black TL and I regret it. I am out of town right now, but I'll take some more photos this weekend to show you where the 'line' is on the hood.

I found my guy through xpel.com. Just so happened that it's the same guy that my dealership uses. I'd check out the website and see if there is anyone near where you are. Not sure exactly where you are in NY, the guy I used is in Carlisle, PA. I wouldn't try to install it myself. Good luck!

Nice ride. The car looks flawless. If you dont mind, how much did the 3M protection costs? Is it only the front area or the whole car?

Thanks Silversprt. I don't remember exactly but I think I paid around $700 It covers the front end and the hood. They can also put a film on the headlight housings as well. Your price maybe lower in CA area due to competition. I didn't care, I just want to get it done right.

Silversport:
Your car looks awsome!! Nice job! Your porbably will find that your GS is lot easier to take care of compares to your RX simply because of the color difference. Nicely done!

GreatSmile: Absolutely. You just take your nozzle and spray the area with clear bra and the bugs just wash off pretty effortlessly. I can't say the same with the RX
